Ordering Policies for Chains
Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. If we have it on hand we will do our best to ship it within 2 to 3 days. We carry so many styles in so many finishes - it is not possible to keep everything on hand at all times. It takes us on average 3 to 5 weeks to make chain from beginning to end. If you are anticipating a need for a particular style or styles of chain - run it by us so we can potentially have it ready for you when you will need it.
Designing a line
